Nevered received my 3rd swimsuit, received 2 that was in the blue package. Never have order from this site and probably would not again , can't get a hold of anyone i would like my swimsuit or a refund, i wished i have gotten a bigger size in the whole piece swimsuit, and the grey one ordered a med and the bottoms is showing your front part to big on the side.dont understand this.

Have a human for customer service answer a phone. Nothing looks more shady than poor customer service.
Right now wouldn't recommend Sunski. Get in touch with by text or phone.

They offered to send screws. I had to purchase a $8 kit to fix the brand new glasses.
In an attempt to claim the warranty for the first time, the site suddenly did not recognize my password for my account. So, I entered my email to reset the password. I know they have my email because they send me emails all the time to advertise new products. However, I never received a password reset link.
Then, I tried to set up a new account, and it said that it recognized my email and an account already exists. Plus, there's no phone number.
So, there was absolutely no way to reach this company. This is highly illegal and it feels like a class action lawsuit.

Missing order
No help. No reply except via email. Too cumbersome to write details.
Ordered over 10 days ago, they tell me three times it's out for delivery = got nothing. Now don't answer my issue except with this email survey. Great product, lousy customer care.

Return
Trying to return sunglasses but did not have order number. You have no customer service number so I got the virtual bot and was told that I would have to pay 5 dollars that was refundable to speak with someone.
I should have know better but gave them my debit card and of course it was a scam. They tried to charge my account $50. I immediately called the bank. I still hsve dunglasses snd no way to return them.
Ridiculous.
Now I have to replace my debit card. Angry.

I ordered the sunski tree line glasses with the side blocks to keep out the Sun and they have already broken one of the side blocks broke right off and I take care of my glasses

Worst. Actually, no customer service - but that's giving it too much credit - NO customer service.
I'm appalled. I bought my only pair of Sunski when they first came on the market years ago and have loved them until they broke yesterday. Ordered another pair and then thought I would buy another pair and I would get free shipping. No customer service.
None of the phone numbers online work.
I couldn't even find someone to cancel my order. They suck.

This company is difficult to reach even in spite of trying the phone number and nobody answers that. I placed an order and the wrong card was processed and the wrong address for shipping with processed and so I would like to cancel this order entirely.

Tried calling, communicating on line to change card and shipping address without success. I have notified my bank to reverse the charges.
